Derwent Finance (Authorised Credit Representative 500020, Australian Credit Licence 384324) is a mortgage and finance broking business with its head office at 19 Macquarie St, Hobart TAS 7000. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code.

What we collect

To provide credit assistance we may collect your name, contact details, date of birth, identification documents, employment and income details, assets, liabilities and expenses, credit history and credit reports, property details, and information about your goals and objectives.

When you use this website we also collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source and marketing parameters (for example UTM tags) so we can understand how people find and use our site.

• Preparing and submitting loan applications to lenders on your behalf
